I have the chrome but it was a tough decision for me because I like both. I plan on adding some more black but I wanted a balance so that's why I chose chrome but I think they both look for good.
If I were you, I would go with chrome. If you decide you want black later on, you can just get it powdered. Changing to chrome would be harder obviously.
Chrome. The black of the intake does not match the black as the rest of the bikes who have them.
The murdered out look is as overdone as chrome, so the usual is chrome OR black. Personally, I think a black bike, murdered out with chrome pipes looks the *****. That one bit sticks out and makes you say, WOW. IMO at least

Wow, I have the same dilemma with my bike, and I think that this is the best response. I will probably go with chrome, but then I still have time before I buy to change my mind again (especially since I burned 3 holes in my leathers due to the sun reflecting of the chrome air cleaner I have on there now. I swear, the sun reflected off my air cleaner perfectly to make a small dot of sun on my pants burning a hole in it, I didn't notice until it had burned 3 holes and I began to smell burnt flesh and then saw my pants smoking. I would never have believed it). Anyway sorry to hijack the thread, just that I have been thinking the exact same thing for a few months regarding which filter to get.
