I keep mine in a zip lock bag tucked on the inside of the electrical box cover.
+1
I carry a minimalist wallet. It holds my license, AAA card, debit card and one credit card. I don't want to have to worry about grabbing my reg, etc every time I ride, nor do I want it all stuffed into a pocket so the electrical cover was a no brainer for me.
I keep mine in a trifold registration holder in the leather fork bag. I think I spent $2 at PepGirls for the wallet and it keeps the paperwork fairly dry.
I have stash grips but why do I need to carry my registration they have that info when they run my license and tags so as far as im concerned they can suck an egg... (late easter pun) haha ok seriously though my DL and insurance should be enough if not then I guess I'll drag it outta my wallet
Keep mine in a zip lock bag in the small bag mounted above the right passenger peg. See profile pic.
dig the lock bag ... you have a part number for that?
I did the wallet thing for a while, but having those senior moments I have some times, it's been through the wash at least once. don't want to go there with my registration.

Also where I keep mine. That bag only fits on Dynas up to 05, and it's discontinued. I snagged mine on Ebay.
Putting it behind the electrical cover is a good idea. I may do that just to free up a little more space in my toolbox. I also have an electrical outlet in there, and a cellphone charger and it fills up fast.
