Im torn !
I want to get a new Exhaust system for my 2006 Dyna Street Bob, but there is just so many to choose from. Some look better than others other perform better the others and some just are useless ! Its hard to choose because of not only those points but price!
I have narrowed it down to a couple that I may like
And Of Course not my favorite Looking Pipe but Everyone tells me I should get the THUNDERHEADER !
$689.99 + the Cost of Heat Shields or Exhaust wrap Thunderheader 2-1 Exhaust System
My Current Set Up
Stock header Pipes that have been gutted with Vance and Hines Slip on mufflers with no baffle installed. ( I like it loud ! )
So the real question here is do I WAIT and stash enough money away to get a Thunderheader or would a system like the Shortshorts work pretty well ? any feedback would be greatly appreciated !
just my opinion but I think Thunderheaders look a bit ghetto. JUST MY OPINION. As far as the V&H pipes go I think the sideshots would look best. I kinda wish I had gotten those for my bike.
I like the looks of the short shots alot but they dont preform very well at all.
I love my D&D Fatcat but if were to buy another exhaust it would be the V&H Big Radius 2-1. We just ordered one for a buddies Rocker that should be here tomorrow.
