Thanks all, I only wish I would have done this sooner. After we did it I was thinking, is that all there was to it?
Surfor chop yea you need to pm me when you are free to ride. About 15 of us (maybe more) are supposed to be riding down to Nags Head this coming Saturday for Outer Banks Bike Week then the next weekend is a poker run for the fire dept that is supposed to be the worlds record largest one or something. On May 21st a few of us are going to attempt a 2000 mile Iron Butt ride down to Alabama and back in 48 hours. Yea we are retarded
Yea the cables were a tight fit but they don't jam up or anything. I think the clutch cable is perfect with just a little slack in it so it doesn't stick way up over the bars. Exactly how I like it. The throttle and idle cables could stand to be an inch or 2 longer but I ain't messing with it just over that. The brake line works fine but it looks kind of goofy.
The stock brake line is 48 inches so I am thinking of getting a 50 inch black braided one piece cable from Magnum Shielding. Or should I go with a 52 incher? Hmm
Oh yea, while we were doing the wiring we undid the front bolt on the gas tank and lifted it up a little to get a better view and I really liked the look of the tank lifted like that. I may have to get a tank lift kit from Jackal. I was never the biggest fan of them but seeing it on my bike it really looked good.
I went for a ride today since I'm off work all week and wow I love the hell out of these bars. Feels great. They are shoulder height for me or maybe a tad taller so i am really glad I didn't go for any taller bars. These fit me perfect.

Ah man I would have let you have them HDDyna but the guy who helped me put them on wanted them for the Sporty he has in his garage. It was the least I could do for him helping me.
