Fork and Brake Issue

Hi all, new here and have a new to me 100th ann. Wide Glide 8900 miles. I had a local guy with a bike repair shop (on the side) change out my front tire and now I hear the brake pad rubbing on the disk and have a "popping" sound just before I fully lock out right and left on the handle bars. Can some of you savy folk help me out on a remedy for these two issues? thanks

Does your tire still line up with your fender?
He may have mixed up your axle spacers.

Think that was your first mistake....taking your pride and joy to someone who has a bike shop....on the side.

I'm a windows server admin..who does brain surgery on the side. Would you come get some work done on your head?
