Im buying a Street Bob in the next few days and want to remove the rear brake light and replace it with something smaller but also and especially want to remove the License plate frame from the fender. I see on the Nightster they have a side mount plate holder that folds into the bike. I would love to get this kit for the Street Bob. I dont know if the Sportster one would fit anywhere without a weld or if theres another solution using aftermarket parts. But that kick in plate holder would be great when your parked close to other bikes and you dont want someone to trip over it, or maybe your moving along down the highway and you have some trouble on your back, A simple reach back and kick and your a ghost.
Anyone have any links to aftermarket side mount plates , I would appreciate it.
