starting to ride more 2 up on the WG is there some good shocks that would improve the ride and also is it a big deal to rebuild the front forks?
anything else to make 2up riding better on the dyna?

I would think your choice would also depend on how much you are willing to spend. A few individuals and I have purchased Ohlins and are happy with them. You can get them built to your riding habits and other requirements (e.g. percentage of time spent riding two up).
A sponsor on this forum, Motorcycle Metal (Howard), can help you with your needs. He is who I talked to for mine.
Front forks are a pretty simple job if you are mechanically inclined, sorry, don't know your abilities....
Many may disagree with this, but I find Progressive shocks just fine at a decent price, you should probably look at Heavy Duty shocks if you do a fair amount of 2 up riding.
It all depends on your wallet.
I weigh about as much as you do and my old lady weighs about as much as yours, and I have no problem w/ the stock shocks on my '04 WG. I have the springs set on 4, and it's all good.
