I moved mine to the gap behind the battery box facing the rear cylinder, which is just the right size to take it and there is an unused threaded hole on the back of battery box you can bolt a home-made Z-bracket to.
On the new Rocker the horn is in the front on the frame below the lower tree.

It is way to much $$$. So I got an after market one for about $28.00. It came in chrome. I painted the cover black and attached a Sportster, Willie G Skull timing cover to it.
The Rocker horns cover, comes in chrome. It can be painted black or can be powder coated because it is made of metal. The after market one I have is plastic and had that fake chrome, that's why I painted it.
This project was very easy to do. Had to add more length to the wires going to the horn. I also made a piece to fit where the Cow Bell was.
'Tomt' has pictures that show what I have, with the exception of the nifty and expensive chrome cover. The 'foxster' described exactly what I was telling you. It's a bitch to get that rubber mount hardware off. I used vice grips and that worked for me. I think the key is to just rip with your strength once to get it loose, otherwise you may destroy the rubber around the piece. I just came back to check the post now.
