Nothing compares, but I would have gone softail with the easy to add (to a softail) hugger rear fender.

My only bike that isn't a Dyna is an FLHX Street Glide. It seems to me that people that like Dynas are fans of verticle shocks and rubber mount engines.

I have a Dyna LR and a EG Classic. The Dyna is great around town and short hops. The Classic is a road bike. handles interstates, 2-lanes and mountain roads with ease. When I was younger I never even thought about a bagger. Once I had one, I couldn't figure out why I hadn't done it sooner.

In my opinion... closest thing for a cruiser is a Deuce (and they are nice looking bikes). Just don't like the fat boy front end styling.

I like Dynas because I think they handle better (front wheel size is smaller than Softail, rear suspension probably performs a little better).

But I have to say, I love several of the baggers - RK Classic, Electra Screaming Eagle.

The problem is that as I've delved into this world more deeply, I actually realize that I need 3 or 4 HDs

. Now all I need is the lottery.
