Default New pipes!
I installed the Rinehart 2-1 exhaust I just received from Dr. V-Twin. It looks and sounds awesome, but I have not had a chance to ride it yet so I can't speak for power differences. Went from Black V&H shortshots with quiet baffles which only have a thousand miles or so on them and are now for sale if anyone is intrested. The only concern I have is there is a smoke coming from the flanges on the jugs and on the rear. It does not smell like exhaust smoke, I think it is the coating burning off. Has anyone else experienced this or know if it is normal? I have never had a pipe with the actual pipe coated. Thanks Dr. V-Twin for the awesome service, I received the pipe promptly.

it's normal man. go for a small 10 mile ride and it'll be gone.
Pipe looks sick on your bike bro. Rinehart sounds good. my buddy has same setup on his 06 fxdb.

Bike looks smokin with that pipe. Smoke will burn off on your first ride. Your gonna love the low end pull. Btw what tuner are ya using?

I am not a big fan of 2-1 exhaust but damn this exhaust looks great.
