Default Seat - HD Sidekick ??s

Debating on a seat. Looking at the HD Sidekick. Here is the description:
Sidekick® Seat

Share your custom ride. The two-up design of these premium cowhide leather seats offers a frame-hugging look, but adds back support for the rider, and additional padding for the passenger. Top-grain leather seating surfaces and contoured foam padding add long-haul comfort, and the durable hand-laid fiberglass seat pan is carpeted to protect the paint finish.

51353-06

Fits '06-later Dyna® models. FXD and FXDB models require separate purchase of Passenger Footpegs, and Passenger Footpeg Mounting Kit P/N 50210-06. Seat width 12.5"; passenger pillion width 6.0".

MSRP US $369.95

My questions are:

1) Is the material riveted on the backside or stapled like the OEM stock seat?
2) Who makes the seat - the supplier?
3) Anyone who has the seat, what are your thoughts?
4) Lowest price available on the seat from where?

I think its stapled, dont know who makes it, i love it, its comfortable and doesnt ruin the look of the bike, not a very usable passenger seat though.

I know Danny Gray makes the Rallyrunner seat which I have but I can't say for certain who makes the Sidekick .
My rallyrunner is a nice seat. I assume they're made by the same company.

I have a sidekick that was on my bike when i bought it. It is a Harley seat so i assume Harley manufactures it too. It is riveted (mine is) under the felt on the bottom. Mine was really comfortable for me. I only took it offf to go to a solo seat. It sat me really close to ground.

I have been looking at this seat as well. Does anyone know how it compares to a badlander or the fxdc seat i currently have?
