I have an 05 wideglide and found a plastic rectangle shape piece laying in front of the rear tire. It appears to be from a matching hole in the rear fender. Question is does it press in from the outside or inside.
you can push it back in from inside the fender (between the wheel and fender) it is the access for the service loop.
