some of you guys wanted to see what my bike looked like with the Memphis Shades. I used the 19' x 15" Del Rio and it is just right for me, breaks up the wind force that makes this ol fart eyes water, but still get a good breeze. Also check out the way I left the black sproket but added the upper chrome shortie belt guard and lower chrome guard. Don't know is I like it totally.
Ran it thru the gears to 90 tonight, laid hard in curves and kept her at 90 for a while, no flutter-best windshield I've ever put on a bike. before this I had borrowed my wife's handlebar mount windshield--about 2" higher than mine--with hers I got in a reel bad front end wobble at 75-80, really scarry, with this Memphis Shades absolutely nothing. What I have noticed is the MS is much thicker than even a Harley windshield, I'm thinking that helps a lot.Got mine from Dennis Kirk because there is free shipping on all orders over 100.00, my total cost was 179.00.
Shield looks nice .... I need to order shorter piece of plastic soon .... my stock H-D QD is just a little too high and I dont feel like cutting it off. I like the Gradient Black lower on yours .... looks great!!
