If your asking about the airhawk, you adjust the pad's air pressure to a small fraction of an inch height... perhaps 1/8 inch or so.
My backside can't take long rides in a car let alone a Harley & I have 3 seats. A friend let me use his Air Rider gel seat pad & I will never again ride without it. It did raise me about an inch but for me that was not a problem.
