Just a thought here.
Have you considered having the cover peeled back and installing a gel pad?
That will probably be the next thing I do to my seat.
After last weeks 3,200+ mile ride I think I'm gonna add this little bit of extra comfort to my bike even though I'll probably do the work myself.

If your asking about the airhawk, you adjust the pad's air pressure to a small fraction of an inch height... perhaps 1/8 inch or so.

My backside can't take long rides in a car let alone a Harley & I have 3 seats. A friend let me use his Air Rider gel seat pad & I will never again ride without it. It did raise me about an inch but for me that was not a problem.
