the Jagg one probably works better. of course if you prefer the one 8541hog or 97dyna has, by all means get it if it is proving to do it's job well enough.

i run a lochart, off a buell i think... works great and looks great...best part is... IT WAS FREE!

I've got black ones on both of the bikes and they are on the left down tube, they blend in real nice to the black are of the frame. I'm not too keenon the ones mounted below the Voltage regulator, a lot of debris is kicked off the front tire. Also as discovered during the design of the radiator of the V-Rod, the front tire splits alot of air of to the sides.

But that air that gets split gets to the downtubes or to the sides?

To the sides of the down tubes, check where the radiator air scoops are on the V-rod from a front view.
