picked it up for Ł8995 including a 1 year warranty and 12 months tax and MOT
it sounds awesome and ive just ordered some black anodised levers for it.
the only thing im unhappy with is the tank center strap which ill probably add a chrome gauge surround to. and also im going to strip the fenders and tank and respray them satin black.
thought about wrapping the exhausts halfway down with black heat wrap, might leave that a while as im diggin the chrome right now.
the riding position is great and the 2up experience is cool too, she says the seat is very comfy.
after adding some black and chrome footpegs and doing the paint and exhaust wrap i think ill be happy with it for a fair while.
i originally wanted the lowrider rear fender as i prefer the shape of the curves from the side view. but the wide glide one is growing on me.
NICE! you'll find there are a ton of things you can do to a dyna. The 03 is a great start cuz you can fit a nice size rear tire right on with out any mods.
Beautiful ride.
I would not strip those tins, buy some used ones and shoot them, then sell the tins on it now, you would probably make money on the deal, and have no down time while you wait for paint.

ye thats a good idea but over here spare sets of tins are like rocking horse ****. youll only find them as ful paint sets for well over a grand, or brand new blanks and that costs about a grand a set.
if anyone can direct me to a supplier or breakers willing to ship to the uk id be grateful.

mines got a 150 metzeler on the back and it doesnt look like theres much room left between the tire and the fender. i think it came stock with 130 though didnt it?
the only thing that wasnt chrome or black (apart from the tins) was the levers, they were a dull alloy in between colour. these had to go. Ł11.99 got me a set of shiny black levers with little skulls on the end. wasnt sure on the skulls at first, but guess it matched the battery cover, and theyre hard to notice anyway.
