I pulled mine. You just drill the rivets and pull. I took the slip-ons off, drilled the rivets, and used a steel rod to punch out the baffles. I took the packing out, and drilled the baffle caps out. That wouldn't work for you since they are wire testing, but pulling the packing and cutting the baffles in half is said to work.
