I bought a 2010 wide glide passenger pillion for my bob. Only cost me around $80.

I just bought my '08 Street Bob and added the full 2-up seat, foot peg brackets, foot pegs. Ran about $400. There doesn't seem to be anything much cheaper. Adding a solo rack and seat isn't really any less. Good luck.

Add passenger pegs, and buy a chamois to fold up as a seat. Works really well, and looks good all the time.

I'm having the same issue with my twin to your bob. My son always hated riding and now wants to ride with me. Tried my husbands seat - off 2010 WG - does not fit. Am ordering a pinion seat off ebay soon - not too expensive - and still have to order peg mounts but with back surgery you should definitely look at a nice backrest. My husband had back surgery in Feb this year and is riding now but it still takes its toll on him. Back rest is a must for him now.
Good luck and send pics when you're done.

Thanks for all the advice.

I guess the take home message here is really to suck it up and keep watching the tail lights for a couple more months until I can get back in the drivers seat myself.

Smile Haulen ***

I used the low profile from Haulen ***, its a plate, a fender bolt, and backrest, I swear it took 3 minutes to put on. I got it in this morning and put it straight on.

Cheapest route tho would be to go for a ride on my 2010 street bob, lol
