Replaced mine at 36.9K. They looked just a bit worse than the OP. Inside much worse than outside. Replaced with SE hydraulic kit, new bearings all around, SE 203 cams and SE tapered adjustable rods. Did the work myself. Cost about 1K.
My rear tensioner was about gone at 34K Indy changed then out for the screaming eagle kit, put in new cam bearings total was around $850 and included fresh oil and filter. I think labor was around $250. He talked me into the SE adjustable push rods which saved som labor pic of outer shoe follows don't know what happened to the pic of the inner. It was on it's last legs. Opted out of gear driven cams, sporty has them and it sounds like a singer sewing machine
