Both mirrors are a blur on my Wide Glide.

Got about a thousand miles on mine. Doing the first service tomorrow.

I posted a question similiar to this a couple weeks ago. I got a bud that's got a 10 wideglide and 2700miles on it. He told me he thought it was vibrating too much. I rode it, and you might as well throw the mirrors in the trash, you can't see out of them above maybe 25, that's rediculous. My dyna don't that, yea it's a streetbob but same concept rubber isolators, isolators, etc.
Took it to the local dealer, they said it was the front triple tree nut adjustment (that supposedly was done at the 1000 mile service), so they charged him 45bucks for labor, said it was as good as it gets, harley's vibrate, and if he didn't like it then stick a roll of quarters in each end of the handle bar to dampen the vibration out, that's old school he said and what they use to do, or fill the bars with silicone.
I asked my bud in front of the service adviser, to make sure to fill up the bars with plenty of silicone since it's internally wired on this bike, if he ever planned on changing the bars maybe the service adviser wouldn't mind pulling all the silicone out.
What a load of garbage, all harleys do that, I don't think so.
He's going to another dealer, I understand vibes but if you can't use the mirrors, brand new, naaaaaa. I told him to demo one of their new demo's, I would be suprised if it had mirror issues, maybe I'm wrong.

I notice the same thing on my Low Rider. Right mirror is nice and clear, left is fuzzy...

Let's redesign the motor so there are air cleaners on both sides, and no horn. That ought to fix it! The horn could be mounted on the front frame. . . and be an official HD Gremlin Bell. (Given to us, because we're like. . . their friends!)

My mirrors are both pretty good except at about 35 miles per hour on some road surfaces they do the Memphis shimmy 'n shake. My left one, on the final day of my last big trip, started just not staying in position. Good until I got up to a little speed, then just drooped. Rather than buy a new one, for the nonce I've q-tipped some wood glue into the socket, that's holding it. Even after Tuesday's ten miles through a pretty blustery thunderstorm.

My 2010 FXDC doesn't do it. Maybe some nuts or bolts need adjusted on the mirror itself or maybe the mirror is faulty. But both of mine are pretty good.

Try a convex mirror instead of a flat mirror. I have no problems at all.

My left mirror will fuzz if I take my hand off the grip. While stopped of course. Both are clear all the way to 75mph.
