i gotta say I don't really have a problem with mirror "fuzz". do they vibrate? yeah, it's a harley. at stop signs, it's pretty bad, at 75mph, don't really notice at all. I can see clearly through both sides.
My Street Bob does the same thing- left side only. Switching from chrome to black didn't help.
I can adjust my right mirror to help a little. But like they say, it's a Harley.
Yeah, mine does it a little too. Try using more or less pressure on the left grip and see if the vibration eases up and goes away as you apply more pressure. That's what happens when I do this with my left grip. Remember, the clutch lever is on the left side. Maybe that's what is influencing it or maybe coming through the handlebars from the front? Play around with it and then decide.
i think it might be because youve got less weight on the left side bar-right side bar has master cylinder to help counter and absorb vibes mine does it too[left side buzz}
I disagree; My 02 wideglide has no mirror shake at all except at idle. I can see as far back as I want at any speed. I changed the handlebar rubbers and used the stock new ones because I think the urathane inserts may be too stiff to allow the bars to soak up the vibes. I have a slight movement in the bars rather than sloppy or too tight. That is the reason I still have the stock mirrors, they work great.
Both of my stock mirrors did it, just the vibration would cause them to move so much that the only way I could see if the law was behind me was to let off of the throttle and pull in the clutch, or just turn around and look, I replaced them with aftermarket mirrors and have not had any problems.

could it be the left turn signal doesnt hang hand directly below the mirror stem.....you have that bracket on there and maybe intensifies the vibration
