just ordered the new rallyrunner saddle for my 06 fxdwgi. should be in the end of the week. i love the looks for this thing and i hope it offers some lower back support (it looks as though it will). i needed a saddle that the gf would be comfy on too but i don't like the looks of the sundowner or touring saddles. (too tall and puffy in my opinion, but that's just my opinion). also i just installed my new kuryakyn hypercharger and pcIII yesterday and all i can say is WOW!!!! i had seII slip ons and no re-map for the last three months (4500 miles) and had backfiring, spitting through the a/c and general lack of performance, but now.....everything runs beautifully and POWER POWER POWER. it's like a new bike. can't say enough good things about fuelmotousa, these guys are awesome. now i just gotta make an appt. for a dyno tune to make it even better. [8D]

 

You're gonna like the rallyrunner. I have the sidekick...which is basically the same thing, but the passenger section is a little narrower. I almost got the rallyrunner, but opted for the pillow-look for when I take the wife. For the most part, I ride with the sidekick though....and it's just perfect. Very comfortable, and it looks killer. I agree with you. The sundowner was probably the most comfortable of all (for rider and passenger)...but it just doesn't fit the look of a wide glide.
Anyway...enjoy the seat man

good to hear some feedback. i literaaaly bought this thing based on the pictures and description cuz my local stealer doesn't have any and have no plans to stock one anytime soon.
