How Do I Get On Factory Recall/Notification List
I am not the original purchaser, so Harley does not know who I am.
How do I get my name into their data base so that I will receive notices when anything pretaining to my bike is issued to owners.

Contact HD and ask them. Monitor recalls yourself through sites such as these:

Keep watching forums such as this one as recalls generally generate near-instant discussion.
And don't worry too much - only once has a Harley I've owned ever been recalled (fuel tank mounts on the 09 touring bike).
