ouch.. those look like a nightmare to wire internally. have you been successful snaking anything through the desired path? what if you snake a long piece of heat shrink tubing through, melt it around the ends of the wires, then pull em all through? Im sure you've tried a similar approach but i was just thinking that the heat shrink at least wouldn't add extra bulk

have'nt tried heat shrink yet, but have tried fishing line, weedeater line, various types of wire, string and magnets.
kenward you are right these are the most comfortable bars I have tried.
what if you get the wires to where they stop at the 90, hitting the top, and while pulling from one side, you push from the other.. maybe snake something pretty strong from the other end to ram the wires in the right direction??
i gotta wonder tho, even if you can get em started past the 90 if it will get any easier.

I wired mine using following fashion. 1. fish a string through using a vacuum cleaner. 2. attach the string to a single strand of wire and pull that through. 3. attach the single wire to my wiring harness minus any connectors (cut off) using electrical tape creating a gradual bevel with the tape. 4. lube with soft soap an pull through.
Try using a chain . Small enough to be useful , large enough to not break . Taper the wires , so they are not all together in the same spot , creating a large wad . Lube them with something , vaseline , WD-40 , soap (all previously mentioned) . It will still probably be a bitch , but , they'll go .
I used the line from a weed eater and taped it on with a hook on the end so it wont slide out and I wrapped the tape real tight tapering it down to a point at the end and after about ten trys it was in, its kind of a challenge but its the only way to go.
