Default flipping mirrors on fxdb

Ok. Today I thought I would check out what this upside down mirror stuff is all about. I think they look good flipped on some nightsters I've seen. The mirror on the clutch side was no prob because the mirror has its own hole for mounting. I don't see any way on the brake side though outside of relocating the signals. The mirror on that side connects dirrectly into the top of the signal mount. They hold each other together & the mirror doesn't have its own mount hole on the brake side. So, for now, I just flipped the one on the clutch side & took the one on the brake side off altogether with a chrome bolt holding the signal assemble.

Is there any way I havn't thought of, or know about to do the one on the brake side? It's a 2010 fxdb.

To do both you'll have to relocate your signals.

Ok. Thank you. That's what I had guessed. Was just hoping for magic I guess. lol.

The signals look like they should go to the forks anyway.

Thanks again.

I did that with mine and with 4 inch risers and stock mini apes you cant see sh*t with the mirrors upside down, my arm was in the way. Without risers it might be ok but i didn't feel safe so i went a different direction. Be careful and take a short test run to make sure you still have good visibility.

If you are still using the stock bars, make sure they don't hit the tank at full lock.

I tried it on my 07 SB, looked good but couldn't see crap out of them. Took them off and went with a small single one.

I flipped mine.. But everyone is right. I now get a good view of the white lines behind me and my armpits. Which is just slightly worse then staring at my shoulders in the mirrors.

I love the way it looks though. I have been trying to find some new mirrors that will give me more adjustability.

Had mine flipped for a couple months but got sick of looking at my elbows in the mirror. Like the look and I might try it again when I replace the bars with R6C z bars.
