You need to get the Harley-Davidson "Parts Catalog" for your bike. Many fasteners are metric. See your Harley dealer or go through www.harleydavidson.com

I have to stop writing stuff before I have my morning coffee. By coming loose I mean the lower caliper mounting bolt that you can get in chrome (non HD) does not have a shoulder on the bolt, it is threaded all the way to the head. You need to have a shouldered bolt going thru the fork leg in order for the caliper not to move while braking. This is what I meant by being loose.

Mostly they do but since the forks are japanese (showa), it's all metric.

Fork cap = 35mm hex

damper bolt = 12mm allen

axle caps (that hold axle to fork lower) = 5mm allen

caliper bolts = 10mm 12pt

Not sure what year the OP's bike is since he didn't mention, but the sizes you posted are post 06, they are different pre 06. They changed when they went to 49 MM forks.

Yes sir. Those are the sizes I deal with on my 49mm front end.

Isn't your front end 41mm? I'm interested to know what size the major bolts and such are, just for knowledge sake.

I think the big difference is the fork cap and the damper bolt in the bottom of the forks, as I recall mine was 6mm or maybe 8 mm, not 12 mm, and I think my top cap was 1 3/8", but not certain on that.

Oh and the calipers are completely different, they were redesigned sometime, in looking at Matt's Fat Bob, nothing like the rear caliper on mine, didn't really look at his front caliper.
