i'd imagine it would cause the blinker to blink fast because it thinks the bulb is out... but i'm not sure. It does this on most other bikes but I've yet to disconnect the turn signal circuit on an HD yet

Yeah Im not too concerned with the fuzz. Im a pretty mellow rider and dont attract too much attention. They are not going to pull me over for no front sigs, they prolly wont even notice unless they pull me over for something else and are inspecting the bike. More concerned with potential electrical issues...
I know there are a few on this forum that ditched the front signals and I was wondering if anything funky happend like security lamp going on full time, throwing codes, rears not working right? Can I just disconnect the amp connector at the harness and take off the signals or will bad things happen?
To answer the original question. Removing one pair of signals does NOT result in the bike throwing any codes or stuff. At least not on my 2007 FXD. The remaining pair of signals will flash a little faster.
