Default Skull Collection Fuel Cap
HD "Skull Collection Fuel Cap" Part # 75097-05..

Is there a way I can convert this from GAS CAP to FUEL TANK EMBLEM...
I saw this once on a bike, dont rememeber where I saw it or how it was done..

Expert help/advice would be appreciated...

I'm not an expert but I have a set of them. It could probably be done. The threaded piece that screws into the gas tank is plastic and is held onto the metal cap with screws. With enough double sided tape it could probably be used as a medalion.

Seems kinda heavy to stick on the side of your tank. I dropped my Skull cap 1 too many time and the plastic broke out of it. Just the metal skull alone is pretty heavy.

You could always make a mold of the emblem and then cast up a copy of it in epoxy.

It is pretty heavy. I have seen a copy of this cap at J&P Cycles that is alot lighter and cheaper than the HD cap.
