Front suspension upgrade

Just lowered my 2009 bob with progressive drop-in kit. Bike looks great but rides rough. I was going to install ricor intiminators and 10wt amsoil fork oil. Does anyone know how to install these intiminators, and change the fork oil? How hard of a install is it.

The intiminators are drop in. I.E. you pull the springs, drop ricor in, drop springs in. adjust preload/fork oil. tighten it up....go ride.

i run 15 w in mine nad love it! you can swap just the fluid by pulling the tubes, un cap, flip them upside down and pump them a bunch to get out all the old stuff, the re assemble, that is the easist way for me to do it
