Default Tank bag questions

I'm thinking about a tank bag for my Superglide to carry some of my camera gear in. Budget is a concern.

Most of the tank bags I see are magnet mount, yet i've heard a lot of negative comments about mag mounts and them coming off.

Anybody recommend a good, inexpensive bag for what i'm wanting?

Granted this isn't the tank bag you are looking for, but I've been using this for a few years with great success. Has never came loose at highway speeds and I'm not using a windshield.

Long story short - my magnet mount works perfectly.

I bought one from Dowco a few years ago. It works well. It is big enough to put some stuff inside and it has a map case on top. I think I got it off of Ebay. It has fold out flaps with magnets and a magnet down the middle of the back that hold it on. There is no way it will come off when placed on properly. I rode 5000 miles with it on my bike and it did not budge. The only thing you have to be careful of is scratching your tank if grit and dirt gets under it.

ComingApart, this is a great question. I've been looking for something as well. Question is, what kind of camera? I've been looking for something that will handle a full-size DSLR (D3) with a 28-70 f2.8 lens.

Marsee bags are excellent. They aren't going to be inexpensive.
