Wouldn't longer tubes affect the handling of the bike? I mean, to do it properly wouldn't you have to change the rake (to properly accommodate the longer tubes) and that would also affect trail? If my memory serves me correct, you want to keep trail between 4"-5". More or less than that will cause an interesting ride.

If you just add longer tubes, it's going to jack up the front end of the bike. It's going to look....silly.

i replaced my tubes with stock wideglide tubes... there 2.5 inches longer.... the bikes profile looks great and it handles great as well.....
