I have a 2007 Street Bob and ran across several web sites who have fork extensions. They come in 2" , 4" and 6" sizes. Has anyone ever used these . The web site says there are no changes in driving once installed. It also claims you dont have to change the triple tree and can be used on stock setup. Im wondering how the 6" lift would look and handle on stock tree.

We used them in the seventies. Those of us that didn't die when they broke are still around.
Bad idea then = bad idea now.
If you want longer forks you can buy new tubes of any length for a reasonable price.
Oh man, SLUGS. I used to run a set of 6" slugs on my old Knucklehead back in the 70's. I never had a problem with them but now I can't believe I ran them. Then again, it basically had no suspension and definitely no brakes, and only god remembers the other Mickey Mouse crap I had rigged on that scoot...aaaaaah, the good ole days.

Reminds me of something I heard the other day: "If you remember the 70's you didn't live through them. lol
+1 on the bad idea. You wouldn't expect the seller to say they were unsafe, would you? When you get longer tubes you can get them in chrome if you like.
I wish that you would re-think out your project. I would think that this may turn out bad if something would ever go wrong. I see them on American's Funnest Video with kids on bikes sliding hand rails going down a flight of stairs. That is also not a great idea when you get older either.
WOW! They still make those freakin' things. I amazed some scumbag lawyers haven't sued those things right out of existence. Maybe the "new" extensions are better than the old ones...but I doubt it.
