anyone have pics of them chopping their rear fender (particularly on a SB), if not, anyone have some close up pics on an 09+ SB rear fender for me? and some advice too? thanks in advance, lookin to chop my stuff up!

 

if you do a search there are a ton of pics on here for fender chops...or you can look at the under 50 bucks thread, I'm pretty sure MUD made a shortcut to that part of the thread...good luck

 

give me a bit i chopped a honda fender up just last night! ill post some pics of how i did it, any fender is the same

 

building a brat style bike for a customer, here is how i did it, granted the fender is now in the strip tank cause we are going to powder it but it gives you a good idea

stock fender removed


to get a smoooth round line i used a tuperware lid



used a jig saw to get the rough cut, leave room to the line



turned fender on belt sander till it was perfect.. install for mock up
