Default Noisy Primary!!! Help!!!!

I checked out a couple of bikes at the local gas station this weekend. Sounds kinda funny but I asked everyone to listen to their primary. Quiet was all I found. Mine,, well,, it kinda sounds like you hear a beer can rolling around in there. I checked my automatic tensioner and the fluid and all was well. Basically I guess what im hearing is the chain riding on the gears,, or maybee somethings not ligned up right. I replaced the stator aboiut a year ago so maybee I overlooked something. Possibly the chain isnt riding aligned with the clutch. Any suggestions??? 02 Dyna Superglide.

Pull the outer primary for a look-see. My guess is the compensator.

What happens when the primary bearing fails by the way?

If you think the bearing may be going the easiest way to check is to listen to it at idle then put it in gear. If it goes quiet you most likely have a bad IPB.

Mine pops when it goes into gear. It just makes a weird noise while at idle, like wawawawawawawa noisedealership is supposed to look at it while they have it for the replacement of the caliper and line and master cylinder.
