I want the black steel braided cables it comes with, and the price seems fair, but says they only make it for Sportsters so far. Don't know when a Dyna version will release.

You can. Just not quite as far as the Burley kit........ it comes with 10.5" rear shocks which are REALLY short. The stock ones on the SB, LR and I think your WG are 12"......... go with the 11" Progressives and you should be fine. That last 1/2 probably makes a huge difference.

I can not answer your question as accurately and as a percentage. I have little experience with the original suspension.

I think that there is no "springboard effect" ... suspension is stable and my *** standing on the seat.

A few months ago I hit big bumps on a bridge. My speed had yielded around 100 km / h (60 mph), jump on the bike was over 30 cm .. but not noticed "springboard effect" ... only stress and pain in the ***

For me, the best for single ride and riding with a passenger is this: http://www.arnottairsuspension.com/p...sp?groupId=128

Unfortunately it is 4 times more expensive. Some time ago I tested a RK with this suspension ... very comfortable, convenient and funny

Do not forget to apologize for my English ... I'm not a native speaker.

I lowered the rear end only with this shocks, front is still stock (I love the racked back lean look, like a hotrod). Anyway, it depends on the weight you are putting on the bike. I weight is at around 180 and the misses is ballparking a buck. so together we come up short of 300 lbs. Back in July we did a 1500 mile ride over a few days, we had no issues.......it rides a million times better the my old sporty custom on the long haul. Check out my album to see how it looks.

I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said they are in work on getting Dyna lengths, so hope they are her sometime soon.

Thanks for the input. Fortunately its only my 12 yr old daughter who weighs half of nothing that gets on the back, so passenger weight is not an issue for me, only my own fat bastard (230 lbs) rider weight

Guess I better go find a european dealer to see who much I will get skunked for a pair of Burly Shocks....
