I have limited experience with a National Cycle 2UP and Shorty. I haven't experienced much of an issue, so far. BTW, I've been blown around without a windshield if the wind is strong enough.
Hey I've had no problem with the Windvest I put on the bike. Wind no problem. I would think that the much larger style might be a problem in some winds though like a touring windshield.

Depends a lot on the size and type. My HD QD shield is too big and gets the bike unstable at high speeds.
Looking at this Gladiator Shield, though I'm not big on the looks I'll be really interested to see how well it deflects wind. Back to the OP, if someone has it let us know and post some pics.
