I'm not a fan. The black blends in with the tire too much IMO...makes the bike look live a hovercraft LOL. I need some contrast between wheel and tire.

I was thinking about doing the Duplicolor wheel paint as well, but just doing the center, leaving the flange of the rims and the part with the drilled divots silver. Now that is a pic I would like to see.

how much do you charge for a set of wheels like those to get powdercoated? I live in maine and there isnt much for powdercoating in my area. I dont need a tire for a while either. kinda on a budget

Question

I was wondering if u know the paint code for your wheels u painted. I have an 08 fat bob I'm wanting to paint the wheels on. Also did you do any prep work before hand and how long will painting last opposed to powder coating? Thanks!
