Default Rear break caliper movement

The last couple days I have been hearing a noise from the rear wheel location on the right side when I use rear brake. Like a clicking sound. Just a couple times when I initially brake. I have about 10,000 mile on it. I took the break pads off and they were only half worn so I put them back on and torqued everything down. I noticed the rear caliper moves alot like pivots on the lower mount bolt where the bushing and rubber boot is. Is this movement normal or could the bushing be worn? I am thinking the clicking is coming from the movement of the caliper going up and down possible hitting the rotor when braking.

the movement is normal, the caliper is actually suspended by the rubber boot not the bushing
