Did the same on my '08 FXDC! Love the Candy Red Sunglo paint too. Only issue was front rotor. Have to use the one for the lo-rider, other than that you should be good to go. Swapped mine out at first tire change (8k) and don't regret it at all, so much easier to clean!
Also added the handlebar risers like you have in your pic. I have the Sundowner seat on mine and made a 4,260 mile trip this summer with no problems. Have the Q-D windshield, Leather Pro saddlebags and trunk. Makes touring a real pleasure.
rotor from laced wheels will not fit on the lowrider cast wheels. the rotor on the cast wheels mounts to the cast "spoke" and not to the hub as on the spoke wheels. I had the cast wheels on my 06 lowrider, went to roadwinders and now to spokes. i have the rotor if your interested PM me.

On the front only, the rear is the same on both wheels.

They look good and I am putting the same wheels on my SB. Are the mags you are using 08' up, the reason I ask is there are issues with using the 06/07' wheels on the 08' up bikes and visa versa.

the difference is in the bearing size. 06/07 used 1" axle and bearing and 08 and up went to 25mm.
Just did the very same swap on my 08 FXDC. As long as the wheels came off an 08, you will not have any issues with bearing and spacer fit. However, you have to get the rotor specifically designed for the mag. The rotor for the spoke wheel absolutely will not fit. Also, when you order the rotor, make sure you get the necessary bolts and spring washers. When I ordered my rotor, I did not realize that the mounting hardware was not included.

Checked with (local dealer) H-D parts guy who gave different spacers and bearings numbers for mag as opposed to laced wheel.(?)
