Default FXD rear wheel question.

Another day on ebay. Just picked some low rider wheels and they came in. Overall in good shape, except where the disk mounts on the rear wheel it looks like a pry bar was used to get the disk off. Am I over reacting and maybe this wont show when the disk is mounted. Anybody have any advice on this. Damn, just want to get this thing on the road already!

You gotta remember, it's E-bay. The vendor might allow a return and refunds if you explain your dis-satisfaction. Based on your pics, I don't think I'd worry about it, and I'm pretty **** retentive. I'm guessing you got a pretty good deal on the wheels, much less than buying new ones. I doubt you would ever see it as the back end is pretty conjested once it's together. Doesn't look like a safety problem. Slap that bad boy together and ride.......[sm=signs003.gif]

I would check the bearings on both wheels to see if maybe you might have to replaced them. Check the price of the bearings and see what it would cost to replace them. While you have them off the bike.
