New battery
My battery on my 07 street bob has about had it. When I bought it it had been sitting for awhile and had to be jumped to start it. Any good places to buy a good battery or do I head to the dealer? what is the best way to go and where can I find a good price?

Mine wasn't even turning motor, took it to Autozone to test and 24 hr charge, after 24 hrs charge battery was good. from 06 SuperGlide. I guess battery have little more life before replacing, was thinking about solar battery tender since mine sleeps outside apt.

Here's another choice. Google Deka Batteries and use their dealer locator to find the dealer nearest you. Last I heard those are the providers of the HD batteries. Actually East-Penn makes the Deka so I guess you would say East-Penn is the HD supplier.

Do you have to buy a battery from a HD dealer, You cant be serious?...

I have seen solar chargers made to plug into cigarette lighters, if they work for a car battery it would probably work great for a mc. I personally like the battery tenders, probably alot cheaper too
