Default FortyEight

I know this is the Dyna forum but I saw this FortyEight at the dealer this morning and thought I would share. The local dealer entered it into the bike contest last week for the Bikes, Blues and BBQ Rally and took 1st in a couple categories. The gold tank caught my eye and I really liked it. Anyways heres a couple cell phone pics.

I saw the same bike at a dealer, but with a blue flake tank. LOVE IT! If I could find a way to afford and store another bike, I'd definitely have one. Not sure if you sat on it while you were there, but it's surprisingly comfortable.

My only concern would be stopping for gas every 60 miles. Of course, your body may thank you for stopping at 60.

I did but I'm 6'3" and feels a little short for me. Maybe with extended forwards

That blue looks cool too. A little trendy though. In two years I think I would wonder why I got it...

It's not stock, but a custom tank offered by HD. They have several different colors. They had a sign up at the dealer with the different colors. I can't seem to find it on their site though.

I can imagine you would be cramped at 6'3".

Bobbers and baggers are the in thing. Choppers had their day, but the retro/old skool stuff is coming back.

I am really digging the new FortyEight. The tank is a little small and the price is way out of wack ($11,500) though.
