Whoever would do this is a real douchbag. I don't care how drunk I was, I'd never leave my pride and joy left outside, dumped over and covered in mud. If this guy treats a harley like this, how does he treat everything else in his life. He's either 1) a raging alcoholic who doesn't give a f*ck about anything, or 2) he's rich as hell and can afford to let a little thing like a harley motorcycle go to $hit when he decides he wants to go out on a bender.
I don't know the story, but if the rumor you heard was true that this was someone who got drunk and let this happen...then I stand behind my comments.
