Think you need a shorter kickstand so the bike doesn't stand so straight up.

I read somewhere on here where you ned to file off the tab on the kickstand where it meets the frame underneath maybe up to 1/4". I would just start off filing like a 1/8" and try it and file off more if needed.

You can buy 1" shorter stands online. I bought one when I lowered mine in fear of it tipping over. The shorter stand put it back to the correct angle. I'm sorry I can't remember where I got mine, but if you do a search it wasn't hard to find, it was only about 40 or 50 bucks and easy install.

Ditto on this. I still need to do this to mine. There is a write up on here somewhere. It is the tab that is on the kickstand itself that the frame actually sits on when you put the weight over on it. shrotening it effectively lets the bike lean over farther.

Remove the jiffy & remove material from the top of the locking tab.
I used a sanding disk on my 4" grinder... scribe a line on the tab & sand away.
After a test fit I noticed that the factory weld was obstructing a
'full seating' of the tab into the frame location... so I sanded a little of that away as well.

My bike has the same issue after being lowered, practically sites up straight so I am on pins and needles when it’s not parked in my garage! I was at my local dealer the other week and was talking to a tech that also owns a new WG; he took his stand off and bent the round part slightly with a 2” piece of round stock and a press. Looked good, think that’s the route I am going unless filling the “tab” is simpler.

just jack the bike up and grind about 1/4" off the tab that sits up into the frame. real easy, cost nothing. try doing a search on here. i know theres a thread somewhere

I am in need of this procedure as well, as it stands now I am sure nervous about leaving it in a parking lot.
