I'm putting on a 21" front wheel over the winter but not much else planned. I like the look of the stock pipes with the Rush slip-ons but I'm wondering what the opinions are on what might look better with my set up. I like the thunderheader but for some reason it seems to look better on a bike with drag bars than apes (to me at least....) anyway - all comments welcome.
... aw, c'mon fellas ... a softball question like this and not a single reply ...?
I would've thought you'd have nine pages of everyone telling you to go with a Thunder Header or a Fat Cat ... I am so disappointed ....
Definitely go with a Thunder Header (or whatever) ... but, definitely, you should change your exhaust ...!

LOL ..... I guess the question should be - IF I change my exhaust what should I change it to? ......... not so much interested in anyone's favorite on their bike but rather what people think would look good on mine.
if you wana swap the slipons out for a full system, stick with somethin that runs straight down the length of the bike to keep the same lines.
v&h big shots for example. (dono your particular stance on vh pipes, but i'm just citing these for style)
your bike has such nice lines man
thanks toastman...... appreciate the compliment. I do like the lines of the stock 2 into 2; I guess it's just that I don't like keeping anything stock... it just feels so "wrong". I was thinking about something that was a full system but with similar lines to the stock like you're saying...... I'll look at the V&H.
