My bad...FXR/FXDS was what the ad stated...this ebay link is the exact bike I tried to purchase. For some reason I remembered it as a SB. The FXDB started in '91 no?

Back in '91 the same designation FXDB was used temporarily for the 'Sturgis' ... later discontinued (for many years) until '06 the Street Bob came out ...

jefferyjames, get a machine you really want. In 2008 I went to South Bend, Ind., 400 miles from my northern home to pay 10,000.00 for a new 1999 fxdl because the 1999's to me are just what I wanted, and new. Get what you want cause life's too short!
