OK time for slip ons
I have a 2010 SB and want to change the stock mufflers.I was looking at V&H twin slash 3" slip ons. does anybody have them and how are they liked are they louder the the stock mufflers. or should look at a different type. Iam going to add a screaming eagle stage1 air filter and V&H fuelpac. Any help would be great.

Just FYI. After I installed Cycle Shack turn out slip ons, the bike had a vibration and a very slight off balance feel. I took them off and installed the SE race slip ons which are the same length and weight as OEM which corrected the vibration and balance issue. Something to consider.

I havent professionally tuned this yet but did get hold of a dyno jet tech tweaked version.
The sound is slightly louder and a lot more throatier that IMO better lives up to the trademark sound of a Harley.
The installation was so easy I suppervised my 12 year old son as he did all the work.
