hooker stepped headpipes,midas muffler made exaust tips bct baffles installed all done on the cheap

Just curious if you had any rubbing issues with the front pipe and the bar for the brake on your forward controls?

Mine was rubbing so I had to do a white trash repair and offset the brake bar (not sure on the actual name for it).

Here are two pics, one of what was rubbing and one of what I did to eliminate it. I bought a 1/4-20 x 1 3/4" bolt, lock nut and jam nut and 5 #12 regular washers. Not the best looking fix, but it works and eliminates the rubbing problem.

That blue looks awesome! Is it a flat color similar to the denim paints from Harley?
