Finished the first winter project on the new WG.....
Cobra Speedster longs....pretty easy installation

They are nice, quality pipes. I have a set of Dragsters for mine, lifetime warranty on them too.

Those pipes look really good, those are the kind / look of pipes I want (LONG). I am just a bit worried as to how well they would do on my SB with the *** end being lowered. I think they would drag some more in the corners and maybe over the bumps in the road. But I guess that just adds a little character to the pipes.

It's not so much that they hang lower then the stock pipes, it that the pipes are angled towards the ground do to my bike being lowered in the rear and not in the front. The pick below should help you understand what I am getting at. Compare where your pipe (bottom one ends in relation to the ground) and compare it to where it would end on my bike. You can see the drop in the bike, just look at the rear axle location compared to the pipes.

Ahhhhhh the sky opens up and the blind can see.....I get it now....
Cobra makes a shorter set also....mine are called speedster longs...
Why not lower your front end, that takes about 5 minutes and costs nothing....
These are the shorts with slash tips, I went with the straight tips but will switch over to some flame ones I found as soon as the paint gets done
