Todd i am going to work the welds a bit man... clean that up and lay a solid bead on it for ya bud... we have one of the most amazing welders i have ever seen work in our shop now...

Appreciate it Joe ... did it at the Army base auto shop and I'm not authorized to use their welding equip ... so, one of the hands did it ... I told him I was more concerned with utility than looks since that side of the box is hidden from view ...

But ... guess a few forum members got to see how crappy they looked ...! LoL

Can't wait to see some powder on it ....

Thanks guys. Since we 3 are trying for the FL look in our Dynas and Todd is even putting an FL battery cover on his, I thought you would like to see a black FLH battery cover. Rick and I seem to share the same taste in blue bikes. My Dyna is going to be pearl blue.
Keep up the great work on the Dyna, Todd. You have shown me and others that the Dyna makes a good looking FL.
